What problem does the feature request solve?
Ability to stream to Steam Link compatible devices, and still have mods run.

Additional information (optional)
The former mod manager HLS (Hook, Line, and Sinker) was a popular option for Webfishing. It placed the mods inside the steam game installation folder, and made it possible to launch the game directly from steam, with mods running. This makes it possible to play the game remotely, via steam deck or any other stream streaming device. Aforementioned mod manager has been discontinued, and r2modman is now the preferred (opinion) option.
