Show GitHub Workflow run times

We'd like to be able to keep an eye on how long our tests are taking to run, so that CI and deployment times continue to be quick.

We should be able to see this for our most frequently changed repositories and ideally be able to show this information over time (i.e show historical information too).

It might be possible to use Honeycomb to easily show detailed information about workflows with an action (see this example).
