Intermittent 503 errors

We've been seeing intermittent 503 hours when using BlueChips. Some people claim that this happens the first time you create a transaction, although this doesn't apply to everyone and some people always get 503'd when they make an expenditure.

I couldn't figure out how to make it spit out more debug info. Info there would be helpful.

Is there any chance this is happening on requests where Scripts has to respawn an otherwise dead fastcgi?
