Both your plugins are not installing on the latest QBT 4.0.1 and previous version as well, I tried to figure out the issue but I don't have the time to debug it for the moment, still I am doing this while I procrastinate, maybe you can take a look and have a fresh install, I don't know what are the dependencies so far since I didn't take a deep look at everything...
