Native controls echelon option tab disappears and breaks aero glass effect [FIX]

Twice now in the span of ~3 months, I have encountered an issue where restarting Firefox causes the aero glass effect to stop functioning. At the same time, the "native controls" tab disappears from the echelon settings.

The workaround is to reinstall the native controls patch. However, I haven't been able to tell exactly what might be causing this patch to un-apply itself. Though, upon encountering this, I did notice that the existing xul.dll last modified date was a day prior.
