Improvements

  1. Migrated to github.com/alecthomas/kingpin as CLI parser to be more flexible and aligned with POSIX standards.
  2. Migrated to TravisCI because it is easier to use and has a broader support.
  3. Replaced the Gradle build with a native Golang build supported by Go Modules which makes the build much faster and also easier to maintain and understand.
  4. All dependencies where updated to the latest versions.

⚠️ WARNING This build could break some situation where commands of caretakerd where used - cause by the switch to github.com/alecthomas/kingpin.
