The above Refresh Action is missing on CDT package release 2024-09.
Is this expected or a bug ?

@raghucssit There was only a patch release change from 2024-06 and 2024-09 for CDT. So if there is a change it is probably not because of CDT.

On a quick test in my dev environment it looks to still be there:

@jonahgraham It came back. Thank you.
I will check if can bind cdt debug context to it. Or otherwise I will convert it to Command Handler and Introduce Visibility check.
Plan is to make it visible only in CDT Application Debug.

Hi @jonahgraham,
CC: @raghucssit
I am having some issue related to these "Refresh" button missing, so hope you don't mind if I express it here.

So, I'm working with Eclipse CDT version 11.6.1.
And basically, I could make these "Refresh" buttons visible and work (following steps from your attach gif), however, after I try to reconnect the debug session, all of them are gone except for the one on Debug view.
Reset perspective and re-enable the "Debug Update Mode" does not work (to make the button appear).
Views have to be closed and reopened to make this button appear again.

I'm not so familiar with CDT, could you enlighten me on this matter?

@DangMinhTam382 not sure why it isn't working. Is it failing to work in unmodified Eclipse CDT downloaded from eclipse.org, or just in Renesas' product?

Hi @jonahgraham,
I only checked it in Renesas' product.
I mentioned you in a related ticket and attached more information there.
Could you help me take a look at it?
