As per https://stackoverflow.com/q/79282201 the <f:convertDateTime>, backed by DateTimeConverter, appears to be lenient on java.time types.

This violates the spec https://jakarta.ee/specifications/platform/10/apidocs/jakarta/faces/convert/datetimeconverter

In all cases, parsing must be non-lenient; the given string must strictly adhere to the parsing format.
