This link leads to a page-not-found.

I was looking for the release notes, but couldn't find them.

The homepage seems to be down, I asked webmaster for help.
In the meantime I changed the link to refer to the EGit entry in the project portal.
Find release notes there at https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/technology.egit/governance
