Is your task related to a problem? Please describe.
After an aspect model is successfully validated, a README.md file should be created with the validation status and version of SAMM CLI or AME used for the validation. This is a manual process and error-prone, which can lead to outdated information.

Describe the solution you'd like
If the aspect model is valid, there should be an auto-generated file contains the version of the SDK, CLI or AME, timestamp, version of the model, warnings if applicable.
The file can be XML, JSON or simple text file.

Describe alternatives you've considered
To ensure the originality of the generated file, there should be a hash or md5 attached in the file.
A formal certificate from AAS or Bosch Semantic Stack would be too much, but this is open for further discussion.
