Filled in metadata not saved when hitting back

If you navigate to the second of two metadata forms (jscholarship), add an author, and hit back, the new author does not show up in the list of authors.

@htpvu Does this still need to be addressed (or perhaps re-prioritized) if we are merging metadata forms into one?
Note that it will still technically be possible for a user to see multiple metadata forms, if the request for a merged schema fails.
