Description
IRS needs to be resilient against query parameters in the “href” field
of a submodel descriptor.
Example href": "https://${server}.com/public/submodel?content=value&extent=withBlobValue"
In IRS we simply add the “/$value” to the whole href string, but important is that is added in front of the query params.
