Concept for Workflow "Invite new CX participant by member" (ext: CXAR-806)

Background

• in the current implementation (Release 3.0) organizations /  companies are invited via the  CX operating environment (Role CX-Admin).  
• in the invitation process the following data is entered by the CX-Admin:
  ** e-Mail address of representative of the company to be invited
  ** First- & Last-name of the representative of the company to be invited
  ** company name

Target scenario

• in extension to the scenario "invite by CX Organization / Admin" a scenario "invite by existing member of Catena-X" shall  be provided
• in the scenario "invite by existing member" a already registered member shall be able to send an invitation eMail to a not yet registered potential participant.

 

For the new scenario a concept is to be delivered which includes:

• Roles and authorization concept for the “invitation” function. 
• Screens for data input of contact and sending invitation (see current screens for CX admin with eMail, Adress, Company Name)
• Check based on provided contact may already be registered or is in the invitation / registration process
  ** If it is determined (based, for example, on company name ord  the domain of the e-mail address provided) that the organization is already registered, a corresponding message will be sent and the invitation must be confirmed again
• Sending eMail with parallel notification of an operating company (notification configurable by operating company)

@MaximilianHauer in my opinion it still makes sense, maybe that's already existing with the onboarding service provider functionality in some points?
