Close icon Not Working on App subscription page

Current Behaviour
Close icon not working

Expected Behaviour
Close icon should be work

Steps To Reproduce
1.Login to https://portal.int.catena-x.net/appSubscription
2.Click on add a record/row to get Activate button
3.enter valid url
4.Click on confirm
5.Click on cross icon Right of the corner.
