We have a file DEPENDENCIES, but we do not update it regularly. We also generate dependemcies as part of Dash for every merge.

We should better define what to do this file. Remove it as it is obsolete and you find updated data in the Dash build? Or keep it but require that it gets updated whenever we merge an updated Cargo.lock?
