org.eclipse.lyo.oslc4j.core should become org.eclipse.lyo.core.

Rationale: the idea was to host OSLC SDKs for multiple languages under Lyo. Currently, the only two other prospective SDKs (OSLC4NET and OSLCJS) are hosted outside Eclipse and already have custom names. For all intents and purposes, Lyo === OSLC4J.
