Standalone app

We could distribute Cocreate as a standalone app:

• Easy to run your own server for local drawing
  • E.g., while lecturing, want guaranteed uptime.
  • A way for Cocreate to grow without vastly growing server resources.
• Could invite others to join via direct URL (need to poke hole in firewall).
• Could also connect to remote server (though not a lot of point — maybe just to keep all Cocreate servers and board URLs in one place? and to upload local drawings to shared server)
• Probably want an actual save/load feature then.
• Including files less debatable.

Hey Erik,

I would be interested in possibly helping with this. I have been working on an open source client-centric math editor https://freemathapp.org/ (github) and I've been prototyping work to move it more in the direction of co-create to add collaboration features. Maybe we could look at combining efforts?
