Let's use a fast hash function like xxHash32 to generate version numbers for dynamic symbols, so that diffs on generated SVG are simplified. Related to #50 and #45.

Meanwhile, I've reset the numbering system every time we advance to another file, so at least it doesn't matter how many files/sheets you specify on the command line.
