The different fields in the new policy view are unclear. Writing a value of 20 to Supporter quorum even fails with an internal server error ("A field with precision 3, scale 2 must round to an absolute value less than 10^1.").

The units should be explained and incorrect values should be checked.

more clear descriptions, e.g. "Anzahl Antragsteller" --> "Anzahl benötigter Antragsteller für die Einreichung eines Antrages".
