There are code-technical and regulation-technical terms that we need to use to explain things on our site. We want things to be beginner-approachable, but don't want to create walls of text. What if we use abbr tags to give definitions on hover to technical terms? (example: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/abbr)
