Dialyzer issue?

I might need some here here:

  def load(user, repo) do
    case Tentacat.Contents.readme(user, repo) do
      {200, data, _response} -> {:ok, data}
      {_, _, errors} -> {:error, errors}
    end
  end

dialyzer complains:

Function load/2 has no local return.

bugging out here...

This only seems to happen when not passing a client. Passing a client into each function resolves the dialyzer issue.
