Time limit being applied to Paratest causing errors #101

Running tests using PhpUnit
---------------------------

Running generic phpunit
Checking for paratest
Found paratest, using this instead of standard bin/phpunit

                                                     
  The "--enforce-time-limit" option does not exist.

Paratest doesn't seem to support this and so the flag should be removed when using Paratest.
