Any interest in updating this Gem? For example, there is a newer array library https://rubygems.org/gems/numo-narray/versions/0.9.1.9

Hi, sorry for the delay! I am not using this gem any more and haven't got time to maintain it. However, if you have time to create a fork and a PR, I will happily review it and update the gem.
