Kindly upgrade django-simple-history in all the follwoing IDAs. If you start on any IDA, add your name infront of that. If this package is not present in that IDA, mark the IDA as done, and explain in comment.

@UsamaSadiq I think the only open PR needs some branch conflicts resolved. Can you work thru those, and then I can ping enterprise to review. Moving this issue back to In Progress to track that work. Thanks!
