The project currently uses both GitHub Actions and Travis for build and test. GitHub Actions does a basic build and test and then uploads coverage reports to Codacy. A matrix of OS testing happens on Travis, using multiple VMs of different operating systems. Switch this to all run with GitHub Actions and disable the Travis Builds.
