Make sure `--use-generated-mutants` cannot be used with `--coverage`, `--downsampling-ratio-percentage`, `--mutate-functions` and `--mutate-modules`. Add a `--downsampling-ratio-percentage` option to both `move-spec-test` and `move-mutation-test` tools.
