Invalid values when importing phone and email

Using Civi 5.11 with ApI v4 installed, updating an existing contact in all cases. Importing phone get 'invalid value' for 'phone_type_id'. Importing email, 'invalid value' for 'is_primary'. Values are in fact good, tried ignoring case for field option values but didn't help. Tried disabling API V4 to go back to V3, but didn't help. Also tried using the API v3 in the Civi UI and successfully added an email and a phone. So cannot import phone or email using this extension.
