CSV files using semicolon or tabs cannot be imported

The extension uses only the comma, preset somewhere in the code, as import field separator, however there is a field in GUI to set it to semicolon, or tab, or other valid CSV separators.

More precisely, the extension takes the CSV field separator from the "Import / Export Field Separator", from civicrm/admin/setting/localization, and ignores the value of "Import Field Separator" from civicrm/csvimporter/import.

So if the "Import / Export Field Separator" from civicrm/admin/setting/localization has semicolon, then the import works for CSV having semicolons as field separators.
