Enhancement suggestion

create a new script that recalculates DNAm predicted variables (e.g. DNAmAge, CorticalClockAge, Smoking score (for blood data), CETYGO scores) post normalisation and outputs a trimmed down csv file containing only covariates for downstream analysis and removing cols used only for QC (e.g. x.cp)

Potenially add section to config.r file for user to define covariates to include

it might also be nice to produce cor plots/stats of how much the predictions change between pre and post normalisation data
