Instead of just on or off, it could be on, prompt first, and off. Some games such as FrEee and THANCS are capable of generating plr files mid-turn and we don't want to automatically upload those. Or maybe prompt first could be an option on the engine settings?

What if instead we detected if the game is still running and not upload yet if that's the case?

Of course, FrEee has the option to save a plr file and return to it later, so you might just be halfway done with your turn, but want to save your progress. So the "detect if game is running" won't help there; we'd need a user prompt.
