Add function to create attachments

The Slack API allows creation of complex payloads with rich content using attachments. There's good documentation on that topic, and it would be interesting to allow creating and adding attachments via Shlack.

To make this feasible I suggest splitting the implementation in steps:

• Add --attachments option
• Add function to create attachments
