Deploying Version 7.16.2 #400

I saw this blog post that announces fixes to the Log4j issue:

But I don't see an option to deploy it on Azure. Is there a plan to add this version to the marketplace? If not, what options are there outside of a managed instance.

IIRC I don't believe you can create a new cluster using these latest versions (7.16.2 and 6.8.22). They will fail the deployment's version validation because they are newer than the supported version.

That said, you can upgrade the nodes in the cluster to these releases using the usual rolling upgrade method after you've created the cluster with a supported version

@jwcw thanks. That works. I'm new to elasticsearch so I apologize if that was too obvious.
