Elasticsearch output for assembler build

We have exporters as part of the assembler build. For example, LLM & es can be specified. It needs to be built out more.

There are two parts:

1. structured data for the doc file that we publish into es - currently just title and content (done)
2. Build out new deploy step - after we build all the files we need to deploy to ES
