[UI copy]: Review tooltips for flyout navigation improvements

Description

We introduced a new flyout navigation mechanic in 8.18. For instance, when an user is in a host preview, they can click any links that takes them to the expanded details. To archive this, a new host flyout is opened.

To accompany this new pattern, similar action is updated under entity insights -> alert, misconfigurations and vulnerabilities. Prior to 8.18, clicking on the badge will open timeline (alerts) or entity preview (misconfigurations and vulnerabilities). In elastic/kibana#208287, user will be able to go to the list of alert/misconfigurations/vulnerabilities in a new flyout.

From a UX perspective, opening in a new flyout could introduce confusion on the flow, so we want to have tooltips that let users know they will be opening a new flyout (replacing the current one). Here requesting docs team to review the language on the tooltips
