[Internal]: APIs specs have unset versions: Generally available; Added in 0.0.0 #2582

@JeremyDahlgren

Description

@JeremyDahlgren

Description

Example API doc: https://www.elastic.co/docs/api/doc/elasticsearch/operation/operation-snapshot-get

In elasticsearch-specification there are 16 occurrences of since=0.0.0 and 17 occurrences of Added in 0.0.0. Per a suggestion from @dakrone should we just ignore adding the version if it's not in there rather than saying 0.0.0?
