Description
Anamoly threshold input is missing an accessible label on create rule of machine learning type panel

Preconditions
Security -> Rules->Detection Rules(SIEM) ->create rule is open

Steps to reproduce

  1. Click on machine learning type for the pick a rule type input
  2. Run axe-core on the page
  3. Notice the critical a11y violation error for anamoly threshold input box
