[Security:Explore:Network page]Radio button options instantly closes when navigating through them

Description
User using only keyboard should be able to select any radio button and then set its parameters.

Preconditions
Security -> Explore -> Network page.

Steps to reproduce

1.Using only keyboard navigate to Go to button on the map.
2.Press Enter.
3.Navigate to coordinate system.
4.Press Enter.
5.Press Tab.
6.Navigate to MGRS radio button by pressing down arrow key..
7.Observe the page.

Actual Result

• Upon reaching second radio button, dialog with radio buttons instantly closes.

Expected Result

• User should be able to select any radio button option which he/she wants. Would be better if radio button dialog would close after user press Esc.

Notes:
Now user can select third radio button only if he/she presses up arrow key or selects second radio button, then navigates back to Coordinate system and once more press down arrow key (when second option is selected).
