Use a default port for lumberjack #228

It would be neat if there was a standard port for the lumberjack protocol.

That way, one need not pass it in configuration. It would also solve #116.

Perhaps 5005 is a good number? (I think 5000 is used by UPnP).

Values I've seen for the port:

[5000] don't remember where I saw it.

I, too was looking for the default port. I agree with sandstorm that a default port would help. However we can add a new port to the list:

[5043] is used by the README.md for the example config, however the SSL example in the same file uses 12345. https://github.com/elasticsearch/logstash-forwarder/blob/a73e1cb7e43c6de97050912b5bb35910c0f8d0da/README.md
