[Bug] refresh

Describe the Bug

when we want to know if new feeds have arrived, it is possible to click on the refresh button in the second column, but this button does not refresh the content of the first column (the list of feeds). If I try to refresh the page with the browser, being on a page of type http://url/all (for example) causes a blank page to appear.

Steps to Reproduce

1. refresh the page via the browser, with a URL of type http://url/all
2. a blank page appears

Expected Behavior

the page that refreshes completely
or a button to refresh the first column
