When did this happen?

I'm not sure, I see no data available at any previous point in time.

What zones are affected?

VN and all subzones.

What is the problem?

The website previously scraped is now entirely gone, without a HTTPS certificate and serving 404 on the root of the domain.

After finding and reading this news article at EVN's website, I've contacted a person asking about data. They previously hosted the electricity data according to the article, so maybe they have it somewhere now as well - but I've not found it.

We will switch to use a estimation model for production data and leave the consumption parser as is for now so if anyone finds alternative data we can integrate that later on.

If this don't change long term the parser should be archived.
