The Problem:

In D4 we can add our own custom Page Settings using these filters:

et_builder_page_settings_modal_toggles
et_builder_page_settings_definitions
et_builder_page_settings_values

In order to convert our existing D4 extensions D5 we require this same functionality in D5.
