D4 partial compatible modules don't show on the insert module popup.

We have this module generator plugin that creates partially compatible modules https://www.elegantthemes.com/marketplace/divi-module-builder/. As the latest dev beta 18.5, those modules are not being shown on the insert module popup. If we add the module on D4 and switch to D5 we can edit the modules

2. Publish the module
3. Try to add the module, will not show on the modules list.
