Retrieve info about homeserver from matrix.org destinations table

Hi guys!
Can I somehow ask you or maybe use some endpoints to check how my homeserver is doing in matrix.org destinations table?
Me and my team are running a fork of synapse with 50k+ active users and we accidentally broke a federation reader a couple of days ago.
Now we really need to know - what is current retry time for my homeserver [im.magnit.ru] on a matrix.org side.
I know that it is implemented in Synapse Admin endpoints set, but it's only for my own hs.

If it's not implemented - is it planned? If yes, we can implement it and create a PR for it.
I think it will be very useful for most of admins to check the current status of his hs in destinations of other hss and maybe update it.
