Moving away from plank or improving it? #97

Unfortunately plank is not suitable for heavy users because it is simply too simple and the developers do not have any plans to enhance it in the future. The most significant lack is that of the previews, see: ricotz/plank#3. Are there any plans to move away from plank or substantially improving this fork? |

Long term, the goal is probably to move away from Plank as we build a new Wayland-first dock that works within a future design of the elementary OS desktop. Short term is to use and improve on Plank where we can. |
