Clicking a launcher almost always registers a scroll

What Happened?

Causing a focus switch.

Steps to Reproduce

Not sure whether It's only on touchpad

1. Have a window open but stacked behind another one of another application.
2. Right click the launcher of the app with the window that's stacked behind/hidden
3. The window will come to foreground/focus

Expected Behavior

Don't. It's not the end of the world but it's especially annoying when you have multiple windows of the same app because then it changes focus before the window overview opens which is rather strange/unexpected and is visually unappealing
