Single.php is not used in Custom Post Types with Display Conditions

Hello,
I don't understand why this is happening. I've created a child theme and then I've added some classes to the body, the main tag...
So I expect to have these modifications in all the site, nevertheless I just see in pages and not in CPT.

Page HTML

CPT HTML (custom article tag but also happens with the div tag)

So where I've to modify this .php template? in the debug I see what I expect
