[suggestion] Add useful external links to dashboard

• I have searched and confirmed no existing open / closed issues, or open / closed PRs exist for this app

🤕 What's not right?

ElfHosted docs are not immediately accessible from the dashboard, per-app

🤯 Here's my idea!

Add supporting tools to the dashboard per-app, for example Riven would benefit from https://ranktorrentname.streamlit.app, plus some templated quality settings

🤔 On the other hand..

This sort of duplicates the existing docs website, but for especially useful links (such as the existing grafana dashboards), the ElfHosted apps dashboard is appropriate

🤩 But will it fly?

Either link the user directly to the tool, or to a page/video describing how to use the tool
