Issue description

  • Drop debug release (always ship debug symbols instead)
  • Drop unused archives - only Zip for Windows, and tgz/txz for posix
  • Devise new stable URL scheme without duplicating uploads
  • Use only bundled .sigstore asset
  • Restore SLSA support
  • Automate the release process #460
