Extend user's dashboard

• E-mail reporting containing overview of their entities #264

Use case: Users wants to see what are the entities they are responsible for (custodianship) and which datasets they have access to. This is helpful especially when doing review of records (off-boarding procedure).

Currently, /home page shows only some of the information. This can be either extended or a new detailed view can be available. DS should have access to the view as well (possibly under /definitions/users/) ?

to display e.g.:

• Custodianship of contracts, datasets, projects
• Existing accesses for given user
• Log of actions
