More stress should be given to datasets

Dataset should not look like tags, study page display datasets better.

The project metadata shall be included in the header and not have very overwhelming effect (lighter font, smaller, ...).

Big div with list of datasets shall be presented (columns can contain very basic information about the datasets). One dataset per row (not as tags)

• Contacts to the bottom
• Datasets - make it a list ( maybe even the studies) and display basic infromation about the dataset
• general project iformation, project descriptions - merge these two into the header, more condensed
• exprt metadata button - move to the right (consistent with dataset export button

• table of datasets: dataset title, create date, study, dataset hosted at UL (yes/no)
• table of studies: study title, primary purpose, study type, organism
• contacts
• reduce amount of different font sizes and colors and weights
